Health department approved supervisors are employed by Salisbury Home. Many have been at Salisbury in excess of ten years.

It is a requirement that an approved supervisor is on site 24/7. All supervisors and other staff follow our basic requirements of ‘compassion’ ‘understanding’ and we work with residents to ensure they achieve ‘the best they can be’ and we ensure that staff are not invasive.
